Details given in this Website are as accurate as possible at the time of going to press. However, we reserve the right to improve designs, specifications and components without prior notice.

Fabric shades may vary from batch to batch. Colour reproduction of products is as close as the screen allows.

Payment

Payment can be made by Credit or Debit card directly from the pages of this site. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling. Secure Payment by Credit Cards. Credit card details are encrypted and processed on line through NetBanx.

All transactions are deemed to take place within the United Kingdom and subject to the relevant United Kingdom Laws.

All goods remain the property of Ptarmigan Clothing Company until paid for in full.

Payment will display as 'Pacific Trading co ptarmi' on all your receipts and bank statements.

Delivery Prices

UK mainland - £4.95. UK orders over £200 are FREE.
Europe - £15.00. Overseas orders over £300 are FREE.
Overseas - £25.00. Overseas orders over £350 are FREE.

Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local sales taxes and/or import duties, over which we have no control and for which we cannot acceptliability.

We endeavor to carry stock of all our range. Delivery times may vary depending on the goods involved and the time of year and therefore ask you to allow up to 28 days for delivery, however we aim to deliver in stock items within 10 working days. Should any item ordered take longer than 10 working days to be available, every effort will be made to quote a realistic delivery schedule.

Prices shown include UK VAT where applicable. If you are ordering from outside the EU you should deduct the VAT from the prices shown. To do this, divide the price by 1.175. Shipping charges are except from VAT.

Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties on orders sent VAT free lay with you the customer.

Net Banx

This web site uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your card details. NetBanx, our payment gateway, has been approved by a number of banks to facilitate Internet transactions on our behalf. Similarly Ptarmigan Clothing Company Limited has been given authority by HSBC Bank to take card payment.

All the information you pass at the payment page (including your credit or debit card numbers) are encrypted. The information is then taken off the internet and passed to the bank on a private link. The information passed at the payment page is not held in clear text on any web site involved in this process.

Returns / Exchanges

All products are covered against manufacturing defects by a minimum 12 month guarantee. In addition, we will refund or exchange any goods returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds exclude postage charges. Goods dispatched for exchange will incur additional postage charges. Any goods being returned from outside the EU muat be clearly marked ‘British Returned Goods’. We are unable to accept any responsibility for customs import duties and charges

Data Protection

Customer details are retained for the sole purpose of notifying them of sales promotions by Ptarmigan and are subject to the rules of the Data Protection Laws of the UK.
