RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All products are covered against manufacturing defect by a minimum 12 months manufacturers guarantee. In addition, we will refund or exchange any goods returned in their original, unused condition with 14 days of receipt.

Refunds exclude postage charges.

Goods dispatched for exchange will incur additional postage charges.

Any goods being returned from outside the EU must be clearly marked ‘British Returned Goods’

We are unable to accept any responsibility for customs import duties and charges.
